Welcome, Early Childhood Special Education Scholars of New Mexico!

The information and projects featured here are centered on the development of an early childhood workforce in New Mexico that have competencies in special education and inclusive practices. Together, UNM faculty are working with local services, state organizations, and other institutions of higher education to develop early childhood special education and early childhood inclusive education pathways in the state including developing pedagogical considerations for the field and recommendations about future credentialing processes.
