I4 - What We Are Doing
Needs Assessment
This project used the ARTIC (Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care; Baker et al., 2016) Scale to determine the early childhood workforce’s needs and perceptions of trauma-informed care to develop meaningful and sustainable training in infant and early childhood mental health knowledge and skills. The survey to collect information from the field launched in February 2025 and concluded April 30, 2025. A report will be posted here upon completion.
